• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Additional charges for amenities, services, or damages will be added to your bill.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to respect ateker villas property and other guests at all times.
• Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas.
• Any damage caused to ateker villas property by a guest will result in additional charges.

Ateker villas Liabilities

• Ateker villas is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless stored in the ateker villas provided safety deposit boxes.
• Ateker villas reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating these terms and conditions.
